Job Title: Social Worker – Adult Community

Pay Rate: £34 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its client’s Adult Community Team based in Wirral.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Deliver front-line operational safeguarding for vulnerable adults.
- Ensure safe staffing levels to meet statutory safeguarding responsibilities.
- Carry out Care Act assessments and address care and support needs.
- Respond to and manage safeguarding concerns in line with policy and legislation.
- Maintain essential service delivery within adult social care.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
