Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Medway
Location: Medway (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: Up to £38 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client team based in Medway. This is a flexible hybrid role supporting adult social care across Medway and potentially further afield. You’ll carry out casework remotely and, in the community, with one weekly duty day based in the office at Gun Wharf.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct community visits and assessments
• Deliver person-centred interventions and care planning
• Support duty inbox and contribute to team decision-making
• Provide equipment and minor adaptations as needed
Requirements:
• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Experience in adult social care
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Car driver with business insurance
• Ability to travel for community visits
