About

I have worked in retail positions for over 15 years, I have a strong repor with colleagues and customers, and I always strive to help others when I can.
I do suffer from my mental health, and it has taken me out of work for the past 3 years; however, I feel strong and confident to get back into the working world again, with supportive and reassuring management.
I have many hobbies, most of them being outdoor types, including bike riding and fishing. I have fished since I was 8 years old (now 35). I am not an expert, but I enjoy it enough to know how to help people when shopping for products in that department. I am the type of person that when asked a question I don't know the answer to, I will do everything I can to find that answer.
Having worked mainly in food retail, with date rotation and food safety, this has helped me to be on my feet and very organised. I take a lot of pride in my work and am a lover of the rules. I like to be the best at what I do. When given any task, I put 100% into everything.
Past places of work include: Coop, Asda, Pet shop, and the most recent being B and M in Loughborough over 3 years ago.
Hours: I am wanting to begin on a small contract with maybe the possibility of adding more hours after my confidence in the working world has grown again. (4-12 hours a week)
I am sometimes an old-fashioned person who would just go into a place to ask for jobs ( never applied for a job online before), and having been out of the working world for several years, I don't have an up-to-date CV. However, I think I have covered all that would be on said CV.
