My communication skills in a team i would say is one of my stronger points due to me being captain of many teams that i’ve been in growing up, including essex cricket team. I am a very organised person meaning I know where to go whenever a customer asks as i will be prepared fully. My work ethic is also a strength of mine as i strive to complete any task given to me which i believe will benefit me in the workplace due to the fact challenges get thrown at us constantly.
