I have strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone, which I developed through my experience in sales and as a receptionist. I’m also highly organised, reliable, and able to manage my time well especially in fast paced environments. My creativity from baking has taught me attention to detail and patience, while my work background has helped me stay professional, adaptable, and focused on delivering excellent service.

I’m a friendly and talkative person who enjoys connecting with others, whether it’s through work or my personal interests like baking. I love spending time in the kitchen trying out new recipes and sharing what I make with friends and family it’s a creative outlet that also brings people together. My outgoing personality has always helped me in customer-facing roles. I’ve worked in sales before, where I developed strong communication and persuasion skills, and I also have experience as a receptionist, which taught me how to stay organised, handle multiple tasks, and make a great first impression. These roles have strengthened my ability to provide excellent service and work effectively in busy environments.
