M skills are I am Customer focused, able to work in a team or individually by using my own initiative, As well remaining calm under pressure in difficult situation, I am used to multitasking in a busy enviroment and work with a can do attitude. I always givr my opinion how to improve the service whilst also motivating the team to perform better.

About
I have over 20 years of customer service expeience, from being sales advisor at Burton menswear at flagship store in Bond street, mydutoes were replenish stock, taking transaction, Ordering stock and general enquiries, I then became a supervisor and started doing rotas, cashing up.
I moved onto the NHS in A+E where we booked in patient, I was in chaged of making sure beds were free for thr next patient amd contacting housekeeping to stock and clean for the next patient whilst multi tasking in a fast and busy enviroment.
I moved onto becoming a complaints officer where I took down patient concers via telephone or email and liaised with the services to resolve the matter, but investigation and setting up meeting and informing the patient with outcomes.
