Job Title: Medical Secretary Administrator Location: Leaders in Oncology Care (LOC), Harley Street W1G 8PP Full time 37.5 hours per week Shift times: Monday – Friday, 0900-1700 Hybrid working available post probation (3 days on site / 2 from home) Permanent About the Role Under the direction of the Supervisor, this role supports the Medical Secretary team with the day to day business operations of the individual Consultants Practice/Medical Practice, and ensures that all patients under the care of the practice are supported throughout their end to end patient journey. Medical Secretary Administrator will actively establish, maintain and strengthen relationships for the practice and its customers (patients, consultants and clients) championing best practice at all times. What you'll do: Recording of accurate patient information Support preparation of records for clinics Coordination of patient appointments and activity related to patient tests Uploading documentation to patient records Reminding patients of appointments Telephone message taking Provide clear and concise communication to all relevant parties involved in the patient’s pathway including consultant and patient Undertake any other duties as requested by the Supervisor What you'll bring: Previous Administrative experience is essential, ideally private Team player and ability to build effective working relationships Ability to gain a detailed knowledge of diary management systems or affiliated systems Computer literacy Good general level of education Excellent spoken and written English Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures Excellent communication skills Why HCA UK?
