Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Initial Assessments
Location: Tower Hamlets
Pay Rate: £39 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support the delivery of adult social care through timely and effective initial assessments for its client based in London Borough of Tower Hamlets. This role plays a key part in identifying needs and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial OT assessments for adults in the borough
- Support care planning and intervention recommendations
- Collaborate with social care teams to deliver person-centred support
Requirements:
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in adult social care (ASC) preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
